Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Zuni Mountains. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Black Rock Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Nutria Campground; a lake nearby is Eustace Lake. If time allows, El Morro National Monument is a national park worth going to, and Black Rock is a great local attraction. Around       Black Rock Reservoir you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and June is when it's the driest. Throughout the summertime at Black Rock Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 40's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Black Rock Reservoir.
