At Bitter Lake you don’t see much rainfall; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and March meanwhile is the driest month. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. Take a side visit to Lost River. At Bitter Lake you always meet someone from Roswell, and Golden Rule Community is a tremendous local campground. During the days                  of summer highs here at Bitter Lake reach the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
