Bill Evans Lake

How's the fish bitting? Says Mitchel

The panoramas at Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument will blow your mind.
Bill Evans Lake is one of the lakes here in the San Francisco Mountains. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop at Bill Evans Lake Dam. Mangas Creek flows through this region, and you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the West Fork Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Schoolhouse Canyon is a pleasant location to visit
close by, and hiking along the Mogollon Creek Trail is pleasant fun. For the period of the warm months, highs typically are in the 90's at Bill Evans Lake with nighttime lows in the 60's.
