Bentley Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. If you need a site to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LAS VEGAS is a tremendous choice, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because New Mexico Highlands University Golf Course is around here. High temperatures at Bentley Lake all through the summertime months are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures       sink down into the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Bentley Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Not much rainfall falls here at Bentley Lake; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain; January is when it's the driest. So much fun stuff to do in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, not enough time. This is                  a popular place for people from Las Vegas; if you get bored of Bentley Lake you could also stop at close by Wallace Lake. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Las Vegas is a nice site to spend a night or two, and Fort Union National Monument is one of the destinations that are good to take a look at nearby. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Bentley Lake. Camping at Las Vegas Koa Kampground is always a delightful experience, and camping is available at Dukes RV Park.
