This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Head of the Ditch Campground is always a fine experience, and don't forget to take a brilliant little spree to Jenkins Creek. It is very dried out here at Bar C Lake frequently; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most, and April is the month with the least moisture. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Mogollon       Rim Mountains. A good spot to camp here at Bar C Lake is Alpine Village RV Park, and unsurprisingly, this is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Underwood Lake is a lake nearby. The Mogollon Rim Mountains scenery is always beautiful. You get a nice vista of Hell Roaring Mesa from Bar C Lake; Lost Spring is an inspiring location to stop at while you're here.
