Why not stop by Atrisco Reservoir if you're passing through these parts. Dry warm beds await you at Staybridge Suites ALBUQUERQUE - AIRPORT, and Atrisco Reservoir is right by the Embudo Trail. Atrisco Reservoir is commonly a reasonably dried out site; most of the rain falls through August; the driest month of the year is November. Isleta Lakes and Recreation Area is a magnificent local campground, and you can have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Pino Trail.

Take a hike on the Embudito Trail, and obviously, this is a pleasant region for folks who like lakes, Gonzales Reservoir is a lake nearby. National Monument is a tremendous national park. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Sandia Peak are so inviting nobody can resist. For the duration of the summertime months, highs commonly are in the 90's at Atrisco Reservoir.
Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Atrisco Reservoir dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. This lake is so
wonderful. Why not camp at El Rancho Mobile Home Park while you're here at Atrisco Reservoir, and you're probably hooked on lakes, West Mesa Reservoir is one of those close by.
