It's always fun to stop by Atole Pond. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Leche Creek Trail, and Lower Mundo Dam is a striking spot. Yeah, come up here to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains for a pleasant time. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Pagosa Springs, Co is a good location to spend a night or two. Having a nice time at Atole Pond is painless. Camping at Blanco River Campground is always a magnificent experience; Best Western Jicarilla

Atole Pond gets very little rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most while June is ordinarily the driest month. Atole Pond is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. A great site to camp here at Atole Pond is Acres Green RV Park, and if you've had enough of Atole Pond, Muniz Pond is close by. There are some good whitewater spots | |

on Navajo River, and the summit of Dulce Mountain can be seen from Atole Pond. At Atole Pond through the summer months highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's. High temperatures during
the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Atole Pond. All the outdoors amusing stuff in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains will keep you coming back repeatedly. Atole Pond is not the only
place close by, Luna Lake is a close by lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Atole Pond; Blanco River Trail is a perfect local trail.
