This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Ambrosia Lake is great fun, Grants West Camp Ground is a great local campground, and the sight of Loma de la Gloria is lovely. If you came for an overnight stay Blue Spruce RV Park is a good spot to camp, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Inn & Suites is a glorious choice. Throughout the summertime, highs mostly are in the 80's at Ambrosia Lake. Once the sun is down it falls       down to the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and night lows at Ambrosia Lake through the wintertime commonly descend into the 10's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Zuni Mountains. Lots of people from Grants come to Ambrosia Lake, and a tour to El Malpais National Monument is recommended. And that's not all you can do here at Ambrosia Lake. Ambrosia Lake is one of the lakes here in the Zuni Mountains. After a                  long day outdoors Grants-Days Inn is a brilliant site to spend a night or two; close by Hijinio Draw is a perfect site to go.
