Enjoy a round of golf at Spa Executive Nine Golf Course not far from Lake Wanda. Why not camp at Motor Sports Marina and Campground since you're here at Lake Wanda, and Hidden Valley is a tremendous local ski area. Lake Wanda gets lots of water; May is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Clove Brook                  in close proximity to Lake Wanda, and going for a hike along the Cannonball Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Do go to East Highland Lake next to Lake Wanda, it's a gorgeous lake, and Delaware National Scenic River is a wonderful national park. While you're here at Lake Wanda, you could also explore charming Highland Lake, and a good spot to camp here at Lake Wanda is Tall Timbers Campground. At Lake Wanda throughout the months of summer highs are in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's.
