| | get into the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lake Vincent are in the 10's.

you stumble on the Cannonball Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail, and Gateway National Recreation Area is a splendid site close by. Lake Vincent is a glorious place to camp, Kaufman Campgrounds is a glorious place; whitewater
paddling is glorious on Rockaway River.
Turtle Brook is a great local stream, and dry warm beds await you at Courtyard by Marriott West Orange. This lake is so wonderful. On a lovely day you get a view of Stony Hill from Lake
Vincent, and paddling on Pequannock River is so much fun.
Lake Vincent frequently gets a good deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
