This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is wonderful here at Lake Vincent, you can go for a hike along the Cannonball Trail; if you get bored of Lake Vincent you could also have a look at nearby Crystal Lake. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do close to Lake Vincent. Stay the night at Camp Horizons, and enjoy a round of golf at Essex County Francis A Byrne Golf Course. For the period of the warm months       at Lake Vincent temperatures are usually in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's while Lake Vincent nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 10's. Get wet paddling on Pequannock River, and after a long day outdoors Wilshire Grand is a nice site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Sterling Forest is a nice location to do that, and obviously, all our national                  parks are perfect spots to check out and Gateway National Recreation Area is no exception. A splendid sight of wonderful Stony Hill is available from Lake Vincent, and paddling on Rockaway River is so much fun. Not far from Lake Vincent you obtain some great water scenery at Verona Lake Dam. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake Vincent has to offer, you can camp at Rein Teen Tours. Lake Vincent is not the only site close by, Verona Lake is a close by lake. Lake Vincent sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February.
