Verona Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Sterling Forest is a great local ski area, and dry warm beds await you at Residence Inn By Marriott West Orange. Summertime highs at Verona Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Verona Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Cannonball

Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Crystal Lake, and if you need a location to stay Wilshire Grand Hotel is a good
choice. Verona Lake gets a lot of water; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Camping at Kaufman Campgrounds is always a good experience.
A spree to Gateway National Recreation Area
is recommended, and Verona Lake is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club is a delightful local campground.
