At Sunset Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Sunset Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard       Parsippany. Lakes? Sure, Birchwood Lake is nearby. If you need a place to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany is a delightful choice, and in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pequannock River. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Mountain Creek. Camping at Sun Air Lakeside Camp is always a delightful experience, and Hidden Valley is a pleasant local ski area. That right there                  is a lot already, but it continues; Sunset Lake has it all. If you came to camp Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club is a great location to do that, and Sunset Lake Dam has glorious water scenery. A nice location to stop by right next door to Sunset Lake is Rockaway Valley, and a round of golf at nearby Rockaway River Country Club is a great way to kill some time.
