Beautiful Sunset Lake has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Sunset Lake, you'll hit upon Camp Hlond Reservoir which is a striking lake; after a long day outdoors Homewood Suites Mahwah is a great site to spend a night or two. Sunset Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Mt. | | getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ramapo River.
Visit Mahwah River since you're here at Sunset Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Sunset Lake; Cannonball Trail is a brilliant local trail. Pequannock River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Sunset Lake. The panorama of Houvenkopf Mountain from
Sunset Lake is wonderful, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Kakiat Trail. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Sunset Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Sunset Lake is right by the Pine Meadow
Trail. Lakes? Sure, Darlington Lake is nearby.
The skiing at Sterling Forest is nice, and a golf course nearby is Apple Ridge Country Club. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Sunset Lake; throughout summer nights temperatures
are in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Sunset Lake.
