Stony Lake is a pleasant spot to visit for more than one day, Kymer Campground is a pleasant spot to camp nearby, and Culvers Gap is in close proximity, and is a glorious site. Gotta ski! Mountain Creek is a pleasant place to do that, and if you need a place to stay Scottish Inns Milford is a glorious choice. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Stony Lake. Good hiking is available along the Bald Hill Trail, and what would winter be

| | without some skiing at Hidden Valley. This lake is so wonderful. Why not stop by nearby Criss Brook if you're here at Stony Lake, and Harmony Ridge Campgrounds is a fine local campground. Raymondskill Creek is a glorious whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Stony Lake, and don't leave Stony Lake without first going for a hike along the Peenpack Trail. Nearby lakes? Acres Golf Course. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things at Stony Lake. In case you don’t mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hornbeck's Creek, and don't miss out on a

Inn Milford is a great place to get some rest; there are fine places to explore along the Lost Cabin Trail. All through the warmest time of the year, highs typically are in the 80's at Stony Lake while nighttime lows are typically
in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Stony Lake. Stony Lake gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is regularly the driest month.
