In New Jersey there are many beautiful lakes, Simmons Pond is one of them. All the water falling down from the sky makes Simmons Pond a wet place; throughout July this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Dry warm beds await you at Molly Pitcher Inn; Simmons Pond is not the only place close by, Shadow Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Old Orchard Country

One of the best things about Simmons Pond is its proximity to Highlands Beach, and Blossom Cove is close at hand and always pleasant to take a look at. Here at Simmons Pond you'll probably meet some folks from New York-Newark-Edison;
an exciting thing to explore close to Simmons Pond is Eatontown Dam. This lake is so wonderful. All our national parks are nice places to have a look at, and Gateway National Recreation Area is no exception; camping at Kaufman Campgrounds
is always a pleasant experience. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Simmons Pond. Beaches are tremendous; and Navesink Beach in close proximity to Simmons Pond is no exception; why not a little side spree to Nut Swamp Brook.

 | 12 miles away I live on this lake, I'm 14 and every summer I have the most wonderful time on floating docks with my friends and waking up and kayaking with my little sister....I remember swiming here when I was young. A big different from the creek under the parkway bridge....I remember back in the 50's I would go past the lake and see kid's swing from a tree on a rope, and then let go and dive in the water. I was so jealous, but I had Cliffwood.... |
