Silver Lake is a rather wet place typically with much rainfall; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. For the duration of the summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Silver Lake. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Silver Lake are in the 10's. You'll       need more than a day to look at everything Silver Lake has to offer, you can camp at Camp Nyoda; you'll find a charming lake called Fawn Lake. Stay the night at Tall Timbers Campground, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Black Bear Golf Club is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can explore Silver Lake Dam, and if you need a place to stay Mountain Creek- Appalachian is a perfect choice.                  The snow is good at Mountain Creek, and a delightful lake like Deer Trail Lake is a wonderful place to check out. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Hidden Valley is next to Silver Lake, and paddling on Paulins Kill River is so much fun. If you want a wonderful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Silver Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Mountain Creek Resort, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Clove Brook.
