The beauty of Sheppard Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Sheppard Pond has to offer, you can camp at Baker Camp On Lake Sebago, and Brushwood Pond is a wonderful lake nearby. A delightful beach close to Sheppard Pond is New Sebago Beach, and there are other places here than Sheppard Pond, for example Weyble Pond. You get a wonderful sight of Mount Defiance from Sheppard

North Cape is not far from Sheppard Pond at all, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Sheppard Pond; Pine Meadow Trail is a nice local trail. The high level of precipitation makes Sheppard Pond a relatively wet place; the month with most of the rain is November, and February is the month with the least moisture. here at Sheppard Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Camp wabenaki is a great site for that, and Old Sebago Beach is a beach nearby that you can stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Sheppard Pond is not far at all from New
York-Newark-Edison, and have a look at close by Bear Swamp. So many fun things to do here at Sheppard Pond, too pleasant to be true. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Mt. Peter is next to Sheppard Pond, and after a long day outdoors
Courtyard By Marriott Mahwah is a perfect site to spend a night or two. Good hiking is available along the Kakiat Trail, and some of the water nearby flows, like Summit Brook. The Ramapo Mountains is one of the things that make
Sheppard Pond so magnificent, and Sheraton Crossroads Hotel is a pleasant location to get some rest. Through the summertime months, highs frequently are in the 80's at Sheppard Pond. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
For the period of the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Sheppard Pond. The snow is good at Sterling Forest; you can go for a hike on the Cannonball Trail. This lake is
so wonderful. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Pequannock River; you should definitely dedicate some time to The Bowl since you're here at Sheppard Pond.
