Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ramapo River, and this is a popular site for folks from New York-Newark-Edison. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Pequannock River offers some good whitewater, and San Jacinto Lake is right by the Cannonball Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
