This lake is so wonderful. The top of Pine Hill is easily seen from Rowand Lake, and New Camp Site Dam has good water scenery. If you're here at Rowand Lake and you like golf, you can go to Pine Valley Golf Club. All the water falling down from the sky makes Rowand Lake a wet location; most       of the rain falls during August while February is ordinarily the driest month. Rowand Lake is not the only place nearby, Silver Lake is a nearby lake, and camping is available at Lake Kandle. All through the summertime here at Rowand Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Highs throughout the winter are generally in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Rowand Lake. You could also                  go to Pilling Lake if you're here at Rowand Lake; it's close by, and Honey Run Branch is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining things at Rowand Lake.
