Really good skiing awaits you at Mt. Peter, and why not a little side spree to Cupsaw Brook. So much cool stuff to do here at Ringwood Mill Pond, too good to be true. A journey to Gateway National Recreation Area is recommended. Do have a look at Cupsaw Lake in the neighborhood       of Ringwood Mill Pond, it's a picturesque lake; Bellot Mountain is clearly visible from Ringwood Mill Pond. There's so much to do here at Ringwood Mill Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Motor Sports Marina and Campground is a delightful location for that, and nearby you find the Pine Meadow Trail which is a nice hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Ramapo River, and there is a pleasant hiking trail                  close by called the Kakiat Trail. A delightful nearby hotel is Sheraton Mahwah Hotel, and a brilliant place for whitewater paddling is Pequannock River. If you like the outdoors, you'll like Ringwood Mill Pond. You'll come across a gorgeous lake called Sterling Forest Lake near Ringwood Mill Pond, and skiing at Sterling Forest is one of those things you just have to do. The yearly precipitation here at Ringwood Mill Pond is about average; the wettest month of the year is regularly May, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Through the months of summer, highs usually are in the 80's at Ringwood Mill Pond with night lows in the 50's.
