After a long day outdoors Olde Mill Inn is a good place to spend a night or two; Ravine Lake is a glorious place to visit for more than one day, Hi-Hills Camp is a glorious place to camp nearby. Ravine Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; through August this area sees the most rain while February is regularly the driest month. Summer at Ravine Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Once       the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Ravine Lake drop into the 10's. Paddling on Raritan River - North Branch is so much fun, and Pleasant Valley Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore. A glorious nearby hotel is The Bernards Inn; unsurprisingly Mine Brook flows through this region. This lake is so wonderful. The sight of charming Mount                  Saint John near Ravine Lake is tremendous, and N J National Golf Club is a wonderful golf course nearby. This is no site for people who don’t like to have a good time. You'll meet a lot of people from Trenton-Ewing here; Ravine Lake Dam is a spot that is in the vicinity of Ravine Lake. Drift down the rapids of India Brook in a kayak, and if you get bored of Ravine Lake you could also stop by close by Cromwell Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
