After a long day outdoors Homewood Suites by Hilton Mahwah is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Kakiat Trail. The view of Campgaw Mountain from Pulis Pond is scenic, and in the vicinity of Pulis Pond you come across a golf course called Packanack Golf Club. For the period of the long summer days, highs usually are in the 80's at Pulis Pond, and the night is a tad colder of course, generally

| | in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows at Pulis Pond all through the wintertime regularly descend into the 10's. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Pulis Pond. The slopes of Mt. Peter are so inviting noone can resist. do here at Pulis Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Baker Camp On Lake Sebago is a magnificent spot for that, and there's whitewater on Pequannock River for all you adrenaline kick people. Sterling Forest is a tremendous
local ski area, as expected you could also stop at Valentine Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. The high level of rainfall makes Pulis Pond a rather wet place; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when
it's the driest. Going for a hike along the Cannonball Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; Residence Inn Wayne is a splendid spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Rein Teen
