This lake is so wonderful. There's glorious hiking along the Kakiat Trail; Best Western Regency House Hotel is a delightful spot to get some rest. A great deal of precipitation falls at Pompton Lake; May is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the summer months,       highs typically are in the 80's at Pompton Lake, and the overnight is a bit chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. Highs during the winter are typically in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Pompton Lake. So many cool things to do here at Pompton Lake, too brilliant to be true. You can run the rapids of Pequannock River in the neighborhood of Pompton Lake. There's so much to do here at Pompton Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rein Teen Tours                  is a delightful spot for that. Pompton Lakes Dam is not far at all from Pompton Lake, and don't miss out on a spree to Gateway National Recreation Area while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. A round of golf at nearby Sunset Valley Golf Course is a brilliant way to kill some time, and after a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn and Suites Wayne is a great place to spend a night or two. Pompton Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Ocawasin Lodge is a fine local campground, and a quick trip to Acid Brook is definitely a great idea. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Sterling Forest, and lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Spring Pond. If you love the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Pompton Lake. Pines Lake is a delightful lake in close proximity to Pompton Lake; Mt. Peter has perfect slopes and a friendly staff.
