Pine Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. An out of the ordinary thing to stop by close to Pine Lake is Woodcliff Lake Dam, and Crowne Plaza Hotel AT PARAMUS PARK is a great place to get some rest. Saddle Brook is a beautiful stream that is worth a visit, and get wet paddling on Ramapo River. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Pine Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs

| | down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Pine Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Liberty Harbor RV Park is a nice location to camp, and the snow is fine at Sterling Forest. Now, you may feel that's plenty but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Pine Lake. Camping is available at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Pine Lake; Sherwood Path is a nice local trail. | |

The panoramas at Gateway National Recreation Area will blow your mind, and the Conklins Crossing offers hiking at its best. Glide down the rapids of Popolopen Creek in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn Paramus
is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. There are other sites here than Pine Lake, for example Old Mill Pond, and Pine Lake is right by the Suffern-Bear Mountain Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. You're
sure to come across some good people from New York-Newark-Edison here; Paramus Golf & Country Club is a pleasant golf course close by. The high level of rainfall makes Pine Lake a quite wet site; through the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is mostly the driest month.
