Orange Reservoir sees pretty high levels of rainfall; through May this area sees the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.

This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Kaufman Campgrounds since you're here at Orange Reservoir; a golf course close by is Essex County Francis A Byrne Golf Course. This lake
is so wonderful. Hawk Hill is an exciting thing to see if you're here at Orange Reservoir, and scenic scenery and great skiing is what you acquire at Sterling Forest. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Orange Reservoir. Throughout
the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Orange Reservoir.
This is a magnificent region for people who like lakes.
Cable Lake is a lake in the vicinity; don't leave Orange Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Cannonball Trail. Camping is available at Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club; paddling on Rockaway River is so much fun.
