Mount Glen Lakes is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Sun Air Lakeside Camp is a splendid local campground. Mount Glen Lakes gets a great deal of water; July is the wettest month with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Hidden Valley has nice slopes and a friendly staff, and not far from Mount Glen Lakes you'll discover Boy Scout Lake which       is a gorgeous lake. Mount Glen Lakes is right by the Pine Meadow Trail, and Upper Mount Glen Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out. So many cool things right next door to Mount Glen Lakes, completely tremendous. Golf can be played at Sunset Valley Golf Course, and glide down the rapids of Pequannock River in a kayak. If you need a place to stay Wellesley Inn Wayne is a nice choice, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Mount Glen Lakes; Cannonball                  Trail is a delightful local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Mt. Peter is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Kakiat Trail. If you come at the right time of year, Rockaway River offers some splendid whitewater; a tour to Gateway National Recreation Area is worthwhile. Summer at Mount Glen Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's; nighttime lows at Mount Glen Lakes during the wintertime usually dip into the 10's.
