Do pay a visit to Delaware National Scenic River while you're here at Mine Hill Reservoir, and after a long day outdoors Clarion Collection The Inn At Panther Valley is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. Stay the night at Panther Lake Camping Resort; a round of golf at nearby Mine Brook Golf Club is a good way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. Mine Hill       Reservoir is a glorious location to camp, Fla Net Park Campgrounds is a glorious location, and a glorious site for whitewater paddling is Rockaway Creek. During the warm days of summer highs here at Mine Hill Reservoir reach the 80's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Mine Hill Reservoir are in the 10's. Just can't get enough                  of Mine Hill Reservoir. Lakes are great; Hackettstown Storage Reservoir is a lake that's next to Mine Hill Reservoir, and a magnificent nearby hotel is Comfort Inn Hackettstown. A great deal of rainfall falls at Mine Hill Reservoir; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Lamington River in the vicinity of Mine Hill Reservoir, and hey, Mine Brook is a splendid local stream.
