In New Jersey there are many beautiful lakes, Mill Pond is one of them. Camping at Kaufmann Henry Campgrounds is always a nice experience; not far from Mill Pond you'll find Coles Pond which is a gorgeous lake. Do pay a visit to Gateway National Recreation Area while you're here at Mill Pond; Residence Inn By Marriott Saddle River is a glorious site to get some rest. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Mill Pond. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 60's. Throughout

| | the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 30's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Mill Pond temperatures fall to the 10's. Good hiking is available along the Suffern-Bear Mountain Trail, and you can run the rapids of Ramapo River. Looking for some flowing water? Try Pleasant Brook. wonderful. Go for a hike on the Conklins Crossing, and playing golf is lots of fun at Apple Ridge Country Club. So much cool stuff to do at Mill Pond, so little time. Going for a hike on the Sherwood Path is always a wonderful adventure;
nearby Saddle River Valley is a glorious location to go. A wonderful place to camp here at Mill Pond is Baker Camp On Lake Sebago, and dry warm beds await you at Hilton Woodcliff Lake. Mill Pond is a relatively wet place mostly
with a good deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly May, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest.
