Head up to Sterling Forest and strap some skis to your feet; Shadow Lake Dam is not far at all from Meyers Lakes. While you're here at Meyers Lakes you can play some golf at Apple Ridge Country Club, and there is a magnificent hiking trail close by called the Cannonball Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Baker Camp On Lake Sebago, and dry warm beds await you at Courtyard Mahwah. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are really abundant here

| | at Meyers Lakes. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not stop at Shadow Lake near Meyers Lakes; there are other spots here than Meyers Lakes, for example Hands Lake. A day on the slopes of Mt. Peter is just what you need; going for a hike on the Pine Meadow Trail is always a good adventure. Homewood Suites by Hilton Mahwah is a nice site to get some rest; nearby you come across the Kakiat Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Why not camp at Rein Teen Tours while you're here at Meyers Lakes, and get your heart beating on the glorious whitewater of Ramapo River. Campgaw Mountain is a peak you can see from Meyers Lakes; a delightful place for whitewater
paddling is Pequannock River. So much amusing stuff near Meyers Lakes, completely remarkable. Bear Swamp Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth a visit; if you're here why not pop by Middle Valley. During the
days of summer highs here at Meyers Lakes get into the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Meyers Lakes dipping down into the 10's throughout
winter nights. Meyers Lakes is a reasonably wet place usually with lots of rain; May is when you get the most rain here, and February is when it's the driest.
