Delaware River is a good whitewater spot near Lake Marcia, and Lake Marcia Dam is a place that is in the vicinity of Lake Marcia. Mountain Creek is a nice local ski area, and if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Peenpack Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Hotel Fauchere is a glorious place to get some rest, and the Lost Cabin Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close by. All through       the summer months highs here at Lake Marcia reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Lake Marcia during the wintertime commonly descend into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Best Western Inn At Hunt's Landing, and if you came to camp Pleasant Acres Farm Campground is a magnificent site to do that. The panorama of delightful High Point near Lake                  Marcia is good, and Lake Rutherford is a nearby lake that you could stop at. Much rainfall falls at Lake Marcia; May is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. The slopes of Hidden Valley are so inviting noone can resist, and a magnificent place for whitewater paddling is Clove Brook. Do check out Steeny Kill Lake near Lake Marcia, it's a striking lake, and of course, all our national parks are great locations to pop by and Delaware National Scenic River is no exception. If you like the outdoors, you'll fancy Lake Marcia.
