New Jersey has many beautiful lakes and Lake Ma-He-Go is one of them. A great spot to camp here at Lake Ma-He-Go is Motor Sports Marina and Campground, and Lower Kakeout Dam is a delightful place, definitely worth visiting. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff at Lake Ma-He-Go. On a great day at Lake Ma-He-Go you can take a hike along the Kakiat Trail, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mountain Creek.

| | This lake is so wonderful. The Pine Meadow Trail is a wonderful hiking trail near Lake Ma-He-Go, and Apshawa Brook is near Lake Ma-He-Go and is always a pleasure to take a look at. A round of golf at nearby Sunset Valley Golf Course is a good way to kill some time, and Regency House Hotel & Suites is a good spot to get some rest. Inn is a nice place to spend a night or two. Through the days of summer, highs generally are in the 80's at Lake Ma-He-Go. Summer overnight lows descend down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in
the 30's; after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Lake Ma-He-Go sink into the 10's. Lake Ma-He-Go is a reasonably wet place ordinarily with lots of rain; during August this area sees the most rain while
February is regularly the driest month. The top of Kikeout Mountain is easily observed from Lake Ma-He-Go; delightful skiing awaits you at Hidden Valley. If the weather is good here at Lake Ma-He-Go, you can go for a hike along the
Cannonball Trail; there's whitewater on Pequannock River for all you adrenaline people. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Butler Reservoir is in the vicinity of Lake Ma-He-Go; you can run the rapids of Rockaway River.
Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a delightful time here at Lake Ma-He-Go. Gateway National Recreation Area is a delightful location near Lake Ma-He-Go.
