Log Creek Pond is a wet spot that gets lots of precipitation; July is the wettest month with most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. Nothing beats kicking back at Shore Beach, and it's a splendid idea to stop by Big Flat Creek. Through the summer at Log Creek Pond highs are commonly in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 60's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the       40's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Log Creek Pond drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Log Creek Pond you hit upon Big Cove, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn MANAHAWKIN/LONG BEACH ISLAND. This lake is so wonderful. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great world it would be. Stay the night at Sea Pirate Campground; if you need a place to stay Red Roof Inn                  Toms River, NJ is a great choice. This is a brilliant area for folks who like lakes. North Pond is a lake in the vicinity; you can hit the beach if you want, Little Beach is practically right here. You're probably keen on lakes, Standing Pond is one of those close by, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Log Creek is right nearby.
