A beautiful lake like Agros Lake close to Locust Lake is a great location to explore, and Delaware National Scenic River is a very nice location to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. You'll come across a pretty lake called Hope Lake near Locust Lake, and you can stay the night at Delaware River Family Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Bush Kill Creek       is a fine whitewater spot near Locust Lake; nearby you find the Bald Barren Trail which is a great hiking trail. But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Locust Lake. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Shawnee Mountain, and swing by Brookaloo Swamp it's a wonderful location to stop at. Summertime at Locust Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Highs during the                  wintertime are ordinarily in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Locust Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Value Inn East Stroudsburg, and Locust Lake is a great place to visit for more than one day, Triple Brook Camping Resort is a great place to camp nearby. After a long day outdoors Days Inn Columbia is a pleasant site to spend a night or two. Why not go to Locust Lake Dam since you're here, and a nice place for whitewater paddling is Pequest River.
