You'll       wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Little Swartswood Lake. Hendershots Point is relatively in close proximity to Little Swartswood Lake, and you can go for a hike on the Bald Barren Trail. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a fine time here at Little Swartswood Lake. The high level of rain makes Little Swartswood Lake a pretty wet place; the month with most of the rain is May, and February is the month with the least moisture.                  A spree to Delaware National Scenic River is recommended, and what would winter be without some skiing at Shawnee Mountain. While you're here at Little Swartswood Lake, you could also visit scenic Spring Lake, and Little Swartswood Lake Dam is an exciting thing to check out. There are delightful sites to look at along the Flat Ridge Trail, and you'll discover a charming lake called Duck Pond. Inn at Panther Valley is a great location to get some rest, and going for a hike on the Lost Cabin Trail is always a pleasant adventure. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Bear Brook Golf Club is always a bliss. There's so much to do here at Little Swartswood Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Windy Acres Campground is a great spot for that. For the period of the summertime, highs mostly are in the 80's at Little Swartswood Lake, and through the night it cools down to the 50's.
