Leeper Pond is a lake worth visiting. For you golfers we recommend close by Spa Executive Nine Golf Course; camping at Motor Sports Marina and Campground is always a magnificent experience. 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Leeper Pond are in the 10's. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Pequannock River, and hiking is a popular
thing to do around Leeper Pond; Cannonball Trail is a perfect local trail. Lookover Lake Dam is a beautiful place in the vicinity of Leeper Pond; why not take a refreshing hike along the Kakiat Trail. All the water falling down from
the sky makes Leeper Pond a wet place; during May this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. A nice spot to camp here at Leeper Pond is Black Bear Campground, and
Leeper Pond is right by the Pine Meadow Trail. Don't miss out on a visit to Gateway National Recreation Area since you're here at Leeper Pond. That right there is a heap already, but it goes on; Leeper Pond has it all. If you need
