Lake Wadill is a nice lake to visit. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Lake Wadill. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 60's. Highs through the winter are generally in the 30's, and overnight lows at Lake Wadill throughout the wintertime usually drop into the 20's. Here at Lake Wadill you can distinguish Stony Hill, and if you came for an overnight stay Kum Sung Martial Arts is a glorious place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Lions Head Country

| | Club is a golf course next to Lake Wadill, and if you've had enough of Lake Wadill, Lake Riviera is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Nothing beats kicking back at Nejecho Beach, and the views at Gateway National Recreation Area will blow your mind. Camping is available at Albocono Camp Grounds; after a long day outdoors Hilton Garden Inn Lakewood is a good place to spend a night or two. here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The scenery at Waddill Lake Dam near Lake Wadill is lovely; Best Western Leisure Inn is a great site to get some rest. This is no spot for people who don’t like
to have a good time. Cotterals Brook is a pleasant spot to stop at, needless to say you could also have a look at Lake Shenandoah while you're here; it's not far at all.

A big different from the creek under the parkway bridge....I remember back in the 50's I would go past the lake and see kid's swing from a tree on a rope, and then let go and dive in the water.
