The snow is good at Mountain Creek; get yourself into
a kayak and hit Rockaway River. After a long day outdoors National at Chancery Square is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two, and Horse Hill is simple to spot from Lake Pocahontas. The high level of precipitation makes Lake
Pocahontas a reasonably wet place; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
