Camping is available at Ponderosa Campgrounds, and if you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Ocean City. All through the summertime here at Lake Nummy, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's while night lows are mostly in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are frequently in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 20's for Lake Nummy. A magnificent close by hotel       is Sandy Shores Resort Motel, and if you want to hit the beach, Moores Beach is around here. The high level of precipitation makes Lake Nummy a rather wet spot; most of the rain falls through March, and October is when it's the driest.
