Go to Lake Kampfe if you want to go to a nice lake. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Kampfe. Enjoy a round of golf at Sunset Valley Golf Course not far from Lake Kampfe, and obviously Beaver Brook is a stunning stream that is worth visiting. Lake Kampfe is a wet spot that gets a good deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August; the driest month of the year is February.

| | slopes and a friendly staff; unsurprisingly, all our national parks are delightful places to go to and Gateway National Recreation Area is no exception. Summertime highs at Lake Kampfe ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Lake Kampfe tend to be in the 10's. Kakiat Trail, and a glorious sight of gorgeous Torne Mountain is available.
Be careful coming to Lake Kampfe, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Going for a hike on the Pine Meadow Trail is always a delightful adventure,
and if you need a place to stay Stumble Inn is a wonderful choice. Why not camp at Motor Sports Marina and Campground if you're here at Lake Kampfe; some glorious nature is available in Norvin Green State Forest. Lakes are wonderful;
Bear Swamp Lake is a lake that's right next door to Lake Kampfe, and why not stop at Star Lake Upper Dam if you're here.
The Cannonball Trail is a tremendous hiking trail near Lake Kampfe, and Roserne Motor Lodge is a fine site
to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Lake Kampfe is great fun, Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club is a great local campground; paddling on Pequannock River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. Float down the rapids of Rockaway River in a kayak; you can hit the slopes at Mt. Peter around here.
