Lake Como is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. There are swamps here too; Sea Girt Inlet is close at hand, and if you get bored of Lake Como you could also visit close by Silver Lake. A round of golf at nearby Spring Lake Golf Club is a magnificent way to kill some time, and Gateway National Recreation Area is a glorious national park. | | driest month. Lake Como is a fine site to visit for more than one day, Atlantic Club Camp is a fine site to camp nearby; a lake close by is Spring Lake. North Branch Wreck Pond Brook is a delightful place to pop by, and after a long day outdoors The Chateau Inn and Suites is a great location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Sung Martial Arts. What a location this is for outdoors folks. South Arm is close by and always nice to stop at; dry warm beds await you at Neptune Motor Lodge. Through the summertime highs here at Lake Como reach the 80's. All through
the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Lake Como night low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 20's.

 | 19 miles away I live on this lake, I'm 14 and every summer I have the most wonderful time on floating docks with my friends and waking up and kayaking with my little sister....I remember swiming here when I was young. A big different from the creek under the parkway bridge....I remember back in the 50's I would go past the lake and see kid's swing from a tree on a rope, and then let go and dive in the water. I was so jealous, but I had Cliffwood.... |
