What a nice lake Kuser Pond is. This lake is so wonderful. Bacons Run flows through this vicinity, and New Jersey Pinelands National Reserve is one of the destinations that are great to stop by close by. Best Western Bordentown Inn is a brilliant site to get some rest. Kuser Pond is a pretty wet place usually with lots of precipitation; July is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest.

| | place. If you need a place to stay Bordentown-Days Inn is a good choice, and you're almost certainly into lakes, Carslake Pond is one of those nearby. Playing golf is lots of fun at Fountain Green Golf Course; Kuser Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Laurel Pond Resort is a great local campground. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Kuser Pond. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 60's. High temperatures during the wintertime | |

The smiling folks of Trenton-Ewing like to hang out nearby, and if you've had enough of Kuser Pond, Colliers Pond is nearby. A great site to camp here at Kuser
Pond is Timberland Lake Campground; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Delaware River.

Yes, There is a small beach on Mirror Lake. I got there every once in a while since I actually live near there. But I wouldn't recommend fishing there. There is so much pollution in the area where fish breed. The only fish you would likely see is dead fish. Also, it is fun to go out on a small boat like a conoe and look around the lake. There is a small island where if you are lucky, some of the mother geese would allow you to feed them and their young....Can dogs go swimming in mirror lake?...CAN WE SWIM IN MIRROR LAKE? The lake was a popular day vacation spot for people from South Jersey and Philadlephia...from the 50's through 70's!!! There was a lake, swimming pool, concession stand, mini golf, picnic area etc. From what was said before it was sold, they were being forced to sell because of rising insurance rates from of frivolous lawsuits. It sat decaying for years - outside there's a really cool retro style gate right out of the 50's & the sign says Holiday Lake. Beyond it lies a dried out swimming pool full of dirt & grass growing out of it. Dilapidated buildings that were once changing rooms surround the lake. You used to be able to rent bathing suits. There's an old decaying minature golf course and abandoned playground. The entire scene is creepy. Property was bought by a church.... |
