This lake is so wonderful. Johnson Pond is a spot with many visitors from Ocean City, and if you came for an overnight stay Big Timber Lake Camping Resort is a great location to camp. You could also have a look at Ludlams Pond while you're here at Johnson Pond; it's close by, and a spree to Kimbles Beach is always a pleasant idea. Johnson Pond gets a large amount of water; March is the month that gets the most rain; the       driest month of the year is October. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Sluice Creek is a stream that you may come across during your stay; you don’t have to go far from Johnson Pond to observe the water at Johnson Pond Dam. Playing golf is lots of fun at Avalon Golf Club. Cooks Beach is in close proximity to Johnson Pond and is a wonderful beach to stop by; if you need a site to stay Blue Palms is a splendid choice. A good close by hotel is Sandy                  Shores Resort Motel; camping is available at Green Holly Campground. Summer at Johnson Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's.
