If you need a spot to stay Residence Inn by Marriott Mount Olive at the International Trade Center is a perfect choice, and while you're here you can play some golf at Lake Lackawanna Golf Course. High temperatures at Johnson Lake through the summer are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. Highs during the winter are regularly       in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Johnson Lake. Drift down the rapids of Paulins Kill River in a kayak, and if you're here, you could also stop at beautiful Panther Lake. A journey to Delaware National Scenic River is worthwhile, and a delightful place to camp here at Johnson Lake is Columbia Valley Campground. Why not go to Strawberry Point also since you're here, and there's some flowing water close by, Lubbers Run is a stream                  you can go to while you're here. Cranberry Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at; get yourself into a kayak and hit Lamington River. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Wyndham Garden Hotel - Mt. Olive At International Trade Center, and you can never get enough of the pleasant skiing at Mountain Creek. Johnson Lake is a pretty wet place generally with much rain; August is the month that gets the most rain; February on the other hand is the driest. You truly must like Johnson Lake.
