Indian Trail Lake is a nice lake to visit. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rockaway River, and Torne Mountain is a peak you can make out from Indian Trail Lake. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Indian Trail Lake you can take a hike along the Kakiat Trail, and a golf course close by is Sunset Valley Golf Course. For the period of the warm months at Indian Trail Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 30's; after the sun is down
through the wintertime temperatures at Indian Trail Lake descend into the 10's. You're possibly interested in lakes, Bear Swamp Lake is one of those close by, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Pine Meadow Trail.
Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Indian Trail Lake. Very pretty scenery and splendid skiing is what you get at Hidden Valley.
Matthews Brook is one of the streams close by that might
be worth a visit; why not camp at Sun Air Lakeside Camp while you're here at Indian Trail Lake. Red Roof Inn Parsippany (Nyc) is a fine location to get some rest; brilliant water scenery is available at Upper Mount Glen Lake Dam in close proximity to Indian Trail Lake.
