Yeah, come here to Highland Lake for a pleasant time. A visit to Highland Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Passaic Falls; you can go for a hike on the Kakiat Trail. Some nearby water includes Molly Ann Brook, and folks from New York-Newark-Edison       love to come here. So much cool stuff to do here at Highland Lake, too wonderful to be true. Nearby lakes? Sure, Butchers Pond is in the neighborhood of Highland Lake, and a golf course nearby is Packanack Golf Club. Highland Lake Dam is worth stopping at if you're here, and get drenched paddling on Pequannock River. Scottish Inns Paterson is a great place to get some rest, and you can stay the night at Rein Teen Tours. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid                  close by hotel is Holiday Inn TOTOWA WAYNE; soar down the rapids of Ramapo River in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Highland Lake without first going for a hike along the Pine Meadow Trail; dropping by Gateway National Recreation Area is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. The high level of rain makes Highland Lake a rather wet spot; May is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. There are brilliant places to look at along the Cannonball Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sterling Forest if you're here. Summertime highs at Highland Lake usually tend to be in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
