This lake is so wonderful. It's a brilliant idea to have a look at Apshawa Brook, it's in close proximity to Henion Pond, and great skiing awaits you at Hidden Valley. Pequannock
River is a wonderful whitewater spot near Henion Pond. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Henion Pond has to offer, you can camp at Camp Ocawasin Lodge. The high level of precipitation makes Henion Pond a rather wet place; the month with most of the rain is August; February is the month with the least moisture.
