A perfect location to camp here at Haywood Oyster Pond is Brookville Campgrounds; after a long day outdoors Toms River Red Roof Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Log Creek is right close by, and Big Cove is close by and always good to take       a look at. Haywood Oyster Pond is a wet place that gets a large amount of rainfall; all through the month of July you get the most rain around here while February is regularly the driest month.
