Glovers Pond is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Green Valley Beach Campgrounds is a fine local campground; Glovers
Pond is not the only spot nearby, French Lake is a nearby lake. All the outdoors cool stuff in the vicinity of Glovers Pond will keep you coming back again and again. Delaware National Scenic River is a pleasant local destination
here at Glovers Pond, and Shawnee Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby. Take a little spree to Bear Brook while you're here at Glovers Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Flat Ridge Trail.
Don't leave Glovers Pond without
first going for a hike along the Bald Barren Trail; after a long day outdoors Econo Court Motel is a tremendous site to spend a night or two. All the water falling down from the sky makes Glovers Pond a wet place; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month.
