Glen Wild Lake is a lake worth visiting. Summertime highs at Glen Wild Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Glen Wild Lake drop into the 10's. paddling on Pequannock River. Man, is there a load of entertaining things to do near Glen Wild Lake. Why not camp at Brookwood Swim and Tennis Club since you're here at Glen Wild Lake; one of the overriding features of the surroundings
of Glen Wild Lake is Federal Hill.
This lake is so wonderful. The Kakiat Trail is a glorious hiking trail next to Glen Wild Lake, and Rockaway River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. A large amount of precipitation
falls at Glen Wild Lake; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Stumble Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest; why not pop by Glen Wild Lake Dam if you're here.
This lake
is so wonderful. Camping is available at Motor Sports Marina and Campground, and dry warm beds await you at Butler Guest House. Really great skiing awaits you at Mt. Peter, and there is a nice hiking trail close by called the Pine Meadow Trail.
