This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Kinney Trail, and soar down the rapids of Pequest River in a kayak. This location rules, just look at all the entertaining stuff to do close to Lake Genevieve. The Bald Barren Trail offers hiking at its best, and do have a look at Blair Creek while you're here at Lake Genevieve. So much fun stuff to do at Lake Genevieve, so little time. A magnificent nearby hotel is       Value Inn, and the snow is good at Shawnee Mountain. A spree to Lake Genevieve wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Bass Lake Falls; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Alpine Mountain is quite near. Through the summer months highs here at Lake Genevieve reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. All through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Lake Genevieve. This lake is so wonderful. Why                  not take a refreshing hike along the Flat Ridge Trail; if you need a place to stay Fernwood Hotel and Resort is a pleasant choice. This is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Bass Lake is a lake in the neighborhood, and camping at Lake Genevieve is delightful fun, Triple Brook Camping Resort is a delightful local campground. At Lake Kalmia Dam in the vicinity of Lake Genevieve there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Bush Kill Creek. Delaware National Scenic River is a tremendous national park, and why not camp at Walpack Valley Campground if you're here at Lake Genevieve.
