Lake Genevieve is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. If you need a place to stay Fernwood Hotel and Resort is a wonderful choice, of course you could also have a look at Cedar Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Lots of precipitation falls at Lake Genevieve; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily May, that's the one that rains the most; February is the month with the least moisture. If the weather is great here at Lake Genevieve, you can go for a hike along the Flat Ridge Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Appalacian Mountain Club is a splendid location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Bass Lake Falls is a good local attraction, and get your pulse rate up on the brilliant whitewater of Pequest River. go far from Lake Genevieve to see the water at Lake Kalmia Dam. Summertime highs at Lake Genevieve generally tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the
30's while Lake Genevieve nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Kinney Trail is a nice hiking trail near Lake Genevieve; Alpine Mountain is a pleasant local ski area.
Blair Creek flows through this region, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Shawnee Mountain is quite near. You can run the rapids of Bush Kill Creek near Lake Genevieve; Delaware National Scenic River is one of the destinations
that are brilliant to pop by close by. While you're here at Lake Genevieve you can take a hike along the Bald Barren Trail, and Walpack Valley Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. All the outdoors fun things near Lake Genevieve will keep you coming back persistently. A lake nearby is Blair Lake.

Camp Bernie-YMCA
